The cement is mixed in a specific ratio, typically 1 part cement to 3 parts sand and water, depending on the required brick strength. Formwork Setup: Prepare molds or formwork to shape the bricks. This includes ensuring that the mold is clean and oiled to avoid sticking.

Dry Mixing: The dry ingredients (cement, sand, and aggregates) are mixed evenly to form a uniform dry mixture. Wet Mixing: Water is added gradually to form a wet paste. The mixture is mixed thoroughly until it reaches the desired consistency, ensuring that there are no lumps.

Molding and Setting Stage
Molding: The wet cement mixture is poured into molds to form the desired brick shape. The molds are compacted to remove air pockets and ensure consistency in size.
